Residential Services
Customers are expected to have all items for collection at the curb on or before 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled collection day. Material transported onto a site will not be serviced.
Commercial Services
Customers which choose to have their containers within a fenced and locked area also have the responsibility to have the gates open on the service day at the appropriate time. GGSC reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any call back services because of locked gates or blocked entry points to containers.
